Art at the Park 2009

Art at the Park Goes West

Throughout the years, Art at the Park has been a wonderful celebration of children’s creativity, imagination and artistic enthusiasm. Our goal for AATP 2009 is to once again provide a fun, family-oriented day, while at the same time raising essential funds for Christ Episcopal School. The theme for AATP 2009 is "Art at the Park Goes West." We have many activities and events planned, so make sure to head on over to the homestead on both Friday, April 3rd and Saturday, April 4th so that you don’t miss a minute of the fun.

On Friday morning, April 3rd, we will kick off our event with the traditional Fun Run and Box Parade. Friday evening, the Opening Night Party, for all of our sponsors, parents, alumni, and friends, will also be held at the Christwood Boulevard Campus from 7:00-10:30 p.m. We will have excellent food from a local caterer, the extremely popular Christ Episcopal School class art project auction will return, and we will be dancing to the music of one of our favorite local bands. You will also have the opportunity to view our children’s artistic talents at the Juried Art Show. On Saturday morning, the stampede will begin with a day filled with creative hands-on children’s art and enrichment activities, demonstrations, food, entertainment and much more. Children of all ages will find something to make them smile as we celebrate from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Be on the lookout for the 2009 Sponsorship Brochure which provides information about sponsorship opportunities. Please consider supporting us financially by becoming a Major Sponsor of the event. By committing to a sponsorship level at this time, you will be listed as a sponsor on the "Art at the Park Goes West" Opening Night Party invitation which will be mailed to the extended school community in early March.

AATP 2008: Goes To Hollywood

AATP 2008 was a great success this year. The Friday and Saturday activities were fun and creative and it seemed like everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks to everyone who sponsored the event and to the numerous volunteers.
